Happening in Vancouver, Calgary and Vancouver Island this summer - Brewery & the Beast is a culinary extravaganza that brings together food lovers and top chefs to celebrate local produce and innovative cooking techniques. And when we say innovative, we seriously mean it! One year they had a wall of fire.

This premium event offers a BBQ lovers paradise, where over 50 renowned chefs showcase their skills using regionally sourced ingredients, accompanied by a variety of craft beers, premium wines, and spirits. Attendees can enjoy all you can eat bites from top chefs & restaurants across each city, all cooked over live fire. It is one of the most interactive, engaging, and food filled events you will find, and definitely one you won't want to miss.

Medium Rare Chef has proudly partnered with Brewery and the Beast for years now, given the amazingly high caliber of the event, the symbiotic relationships with restaurants & chefs, AND because of the awesome opportunity we have had to make their custom hats and apparel for the festival.
