If your Medium Rare product has a defect in materials or workmanship, you may return it, with proof of purchase, within 30 days, for a replacement or refund back to the original form of payment.

Wash bright colours separately as colour may bleed. Hand or gentle machine COLD wash. Rinse well COLD. DO NOT soak, bleach or wring. Reduced spin, drip dry, may be tumble dried WARM. WARM Iron. Dry Cleanable (A)(40).

RETURN DETAILS FOR REGULARLY PRICED ITEMS
You have 30 days to return an item from the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We’ll also need the item to be in its original packaging accompanied by the receipt and/or proof of purchase with the return label issued to you by our customer service staff.

There are no returns or exchanges on custom orders.
