In 2008, we were two chefs trying to keep up — long shifts, hot kitchens, and s**t uniforms.
Every shift we complained about our shapeless, sweat-soaked chef whites that hadn’t evolved since the ‘80s. And that’s how Medium Rare started — born behind the line, not in a boardroom.
Today we continue to take pride in creating culinary apparel that shows up strong shift after shift.
