We’re offering a 30-day holiday return/exchange period after December 25, 2020 on purchases made between November 15thand December 24th, 2020. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We’ll also need the item to be in its original packaging accompanied by the receipt and/or proof of purchase with the return label issued to you by our customer service staff. There are no returns or exchanges on facemasks.
Sale/Clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged - these items are final sale.
All IN STOCK items will ship within 24-48 hrs. Orders placed over the weekend and on holidays will ship the following business day. All orders in Canada are shipped Canada post regular ground service and all USA orders are shipped Via FEDEX Ground you will receive a shipping confirmation via email once your order has shipped, along with a tracking number.
